Elden Street Tea Shop is where tea meets community. Since 2018, we’ve been more than just a teashop — we host private tea parties, supply wholesale tea to businesses, organize the annual Northern Virginia Tea Festival, and advocate for small businesses through tea activism.

Updates since this interview:
-We now have tariffs in effect from all over the world. Tariffs from China are up to 38%, India is 50%, Japan is 25%, and everywhere else is 10-25%.
-Tea has historically only been taxed in the United States in 1773 during the Tax Act from England.
-Tea has never been tariffed and should be exempt because it is not only not grown in the US, but it is historically UNAMERICAN to tax tea.
