Heat sealed bags that are unopened can be returned for store credit, exchange, or refunded. Must have bag with receipt present for monetary or credit card refund.
Events are non refundable, but can be transferred to another event of equal value. Can only be transferred by reaching out to rachel@eldenstreetttea.com.
