Irish Breakfast

While there is no strict rule for what defines an Irish Breakfast tea blend, nearly all blenders agree that Assam, a malty Indian tea, is a key component, combined in some proportion with Ceylon for a brisk, astringent mouthfeel. Keeping with traditional practices, our blend includes Chinese Keemun, Indian Assam, and a slightly higher proportion of Ceylon from Sri Lanka than is typically found in English Breakfast. This is a bold, malty tea designed to give your morning a strong start.
