Oriental Beauty (Dongang Meiren)

Oriental Beauty, also known as Champagne Oolong, is a wonderfully complex oolong from Taiwan that stands out from all others, in large part due to the role of hungry Green Tea Leafhoppers in developing the complex notes found in the finished product. The dry leaf has a broad mix of green, brown, and silver leaves. Steeping this tea yields an orange-brown liquor with a sweet, woody, and floral aroma and flavor. As it cools, the taste becomes even more complex.
