Ancient Snow Shan trees produce a unique white tea grown in Northeast Vietnam at an elevation of 1,400 feet. Harvested from woody stem buds, this rare tea has a delicately complex flavor with sweet floral notes and a lingering hint of spice.
Unlike traditional white teas, Snow Shan benefits from slightly hotter water, allowing its depth and character to fully develop. Remarkably resilient, these buds can be steeped more than 10 times, revealing evolving layers with each infusion.
