This is a complex oolong with aromas of flowers, fruits, and woody notes, with hints of cinnamon. It can be enjoyed hot or iced.
The people of the Dabang tribe of the Tsou People of Taiwan produce this Alishan Mountain Oolong. The tea is harvested from a Plantation that is managed in accordance with EU Regulations (EC834/2007) for pesticide and fertilizer-free production at elevations of 3,200ft to 5,000 ft above sea level.Â. This is a balled red oolong that has a fruity and floral aroma, with a pluck style that is a bud with 2-4 leaves. The oxidation of this tea is over 80% (making it closer to black tea) with a light roast.
