Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of China's most famous green teas. Made from two leaves and a bud, this tea has a silky, creamy-colored liquor with a slightly grassy aroma. The brewed liquor is moderately astringent, with hints of spice, and you might even taste a touch of anise or licorice. This very fresh-tasting tea is an excellent example.
