All the great taste of Sencha with a dusting of matcha combine to create a more interesting and complex flavor than traditional Sencha alone. Japanese green teas differ significantly in taste and finish from Chinese green teas. Carefully grown and machine-harvested, these teas do not have the same large leaf style that many Chinese green teas do. They tend to be more grassy and vegetal, naturally containing less caffeine, and appear bright and distinctly green. Matcha-Infused Sencha is just one of many excellent Japanese tea varieties.
