Milk Oolong is a relatively new cultivar in the delightful world of Oolong teas and is prized for its natural cream and butter notes. These lightly roasted, rolled leaves produce a light-bodied cup with a sweet, buttery texture and a delicate floral aroma. Also known as Jin Xuan or Golden Lily, it is ideal for multiple infusions in a dedicated Yixing teapot. The first three infusions will have a subtle milky scent, but this aroma gradually fades with subsequent cups.
