Ti Guan Yin

Tieguanyin, meaning “Iron Goddess of Mercy,” is one of China’s most celebrated teas. This traditional oolong offers vegetal butter notes upfront, a delicate floral midnote, and a smooth, honeyed finish. Prized leaves come from younger tea plants, typically 3–10 years old. With a higher oxidation than many Taiwanese oolongs, it produces a medium-bodied cup with hints of dried fruit and subtle sweetness — a true taste of oolong’s original elegance.
